Active ingredients: 1 tablet contains 1000 mg myo-inositol, 50 mg alpha-lipoic acid, 0.4 mg folic acid, 50 mg coenzyme Q10, 20 mg vitamin E, 5 mg zinc.

Based on the characteristics, biological activity and specific mechanism of action of the components contained in OVUNORM, it is used in the complex treatment of various diseases as an auxiliary tool that improves the functioning of female reproductive organs and reproductive health. OVUNORM regulates the hormonal balance, improves the functional state of the ovaries, normalizes the menstrual cycle and restores regular ovulation, ensures the development of healthy follicles and the quality of oocytes, and increases the probability of pregnancy. OVUNORM reduces oxidative stress in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), reduces insulin and homocysteine levels, eliminates hormonal-metabolic dysfunction, reduces ovarian volume and restores normal activity, and increases fertility. It stimulates ovulation, improves the quality of oocytes, and ensures the implantation of fertilized egg cells in the endometrium during the preparation stage for artificial insemination and insemination.

Myo-inositol is a vitamin-like substance, the precursor of inositol phosphate, which is involved in the regulation of the synthesis of many hormones such as TSH, FSH, insulin, fat and sugar metabolism, metabolic processes and the functioning of the reproductive system.

Myo-inositol has a modulating effect on the activity of ovaries during hormonal-metabolic dysfunction of reproductive organs in women and is used in their controlled stimulation. It lowers the level of luteinizing hormone (LH), testosterone and prolactin in the plasma, increases the amount of follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH), reduces the LH/FSH ratio, plays an important role in the recovery of the menstrual cycle and ovulation. It helps to decrease the total concentration of testosterone and prolactin in the blood serum and eliminate the manifestations of hyperandrogenism (hirsutism, acne, excess body weight, seborrhea, alopecia).

The effectiveness of the use of myo-inositol PKYS at all stages of complex treatment has been proven. Myo-inositol increases tissue sensitivity to insulin, reduces insulin resistance and hyperinsulinemia, stimulates glucose consumption by skeletal muscles, and reduces sugar levels in blood and urine; normalizes metabolic (triglyceride, cholesterol, low- and high-density lipoproteins, arterial pressure) and hormonal parameters (LH, testosterone, FSH, LH/FSH ratio), helps to reduce body weight, reduces the volume of the ovaries and restores the menstrual cycle and spontaneous ovulation by improving its function increases fertility (probability of pregnancy); reduces the risk of developing metabolic syndrome (type II diabetes, prediabetes, obesity). Alpha-lipoic acid is a vitamin-like, endogenously synthesized antioxidant substance with coenzyme function. Protects cells from damage by neutralizing free radicals generated as a result of exchange. Alpha-lipoic acid has hypolipidemic, hypocholesterolemic, hypoglycemic, hepatoprotective effects. It increases glycogen synthesis in the liver, lowers blood glucose levels, reduces insulin resistance, and stimulates cholesterol metabolism. Alpha-lipoic acid, in addition to being a product of the body metabolism, is involved in a number of metabolic processes. It improves the development of ovarian follicles and increases insulin sensitivity.

Vitamin E (tocopherol) accelerates tissue regeneration, participates in the formation of intercellular substances, collagen and elastic fibers of connective tissue, biosynthesis of proteins and gonadotropic hormones. Vitamin E has antioxidant, antiatherogenic, antithrombotic, antiproliferative, immunomodulating effects.

Vitamin E has an important role for reproductive processes (fertilization, fetal development, formation and functioning of the reproductive system). By affecting the activity of the pituitary gland, it participates in the synthesis of gonadotropic hormones FSH and LH, ensures a normal menstrual cycle, and reduces the tendency to have children. Tocopherol is an important factor used in the treatment of infertility. It affects the maturation process of egg cells and ovulation, prepares the sperm to infect the wall of the uterine cavity. Vitamin E increases oxygen consumption in tissues. It has an angioprotective effect, strengthens vascular walls, tones and expands vessels, rinses blood, prevents clotting, improves peripheral blood circulation. It inhibits cholesterol synthesis by normalizing the level of lipids in the blood plasma. It plays an important role in maintaining normal metabolism in the human body and protecting it from damage.  

Zinc is an important factor for the normal development and functioning of many parts of the reproductive system. This trace element is necessary for the formation and functioning of the immune system, puberty, growth and development, skin health, hair and nail development, wound healing, and the functioning of the thyroid gland and nervous system. Due to its antioxidant properties, it reduces oxidative stress. Zinc is included in the composition of insulin, a hormone of the pancreas, increases the sensitivity of tissues to insulin, and regulates the amount of sugar in the blood. Zinc deficiency causes a number of serious pathologies in the gastrointestinal tract, reproductive organs, skin and nervous system, retardation of sexual development, and early miscarriage.

The importance of the mineral for reproductive health in the female body is undeniable: it ensures the maturation of oocytes for fertilization and improves their quality; ensures the appropriate follicular fluid level and transport of the fertilized egg through the fallopian tubes and into the uterus; normalizes synthesis and secretion of gonadotropic hormones (FSH, LH), regulates hormonal balance. It ensures the maintenance of stable levels of hormones (such as estrogen, progesterone and testosterone) during all phases of the menstrual cycle.

Folic acid (folate) or vitamin B9 is one of the 13 essential vitamins - it is not produced in the human body and can only be obtained from the outside. Folic acid is the precursor of tetrahydrofolic acid, which is a coenzyme of various metabolic processes, ensures the physiological division and normal growth of all cells in the human body, participates in metabolism, performs many functions, and is also important for neutralizing toxic products of metabolism. It participates in the synthesis of amino acids (including methionine, serine, glycine and histidine), nucleic acids, purines, pyrimidines, choline metabolism in the liver, prevents fat infiltration. The body's demand for folates increases especially during pregnancy. Folates protect the body from the effects of teratogenic factors during pregnancy, ensure the normal growth and functioning of the couple, play an important role in the normal formation of the nervous system of the embryo, and prevent the development of neural tube defects. Folates play an important role in protecting women's health: they regulate the hormonal background in women, reduce the symptoms of premenstrual syndrome, such as high irritability, crying, sleep disorders, apathy, and also delay the onset of menopause.

Coenzyme Q10 (ubixinone) is a vitamin-like compound of endogenous origin, produced in the liver of every living creature. It is called "vitamin of youth". Its main function is to participate in the synthesis of ATF, which is important for the life of the body. Coenzyme Q10 is a natural fat-soluble antioxidant. It fulfills 71% of the body's antioxidant function and protects the integrity of the cell membrane by protecting against the negative effects of free radicals. It reduces the amount of low-density lipoproteins and triglycerides in the blood, and has an antiatherosclerotic effect. Instructions for use

As part of the complex treatment of hormonal-metabolic dysfunction of the ovaries, as a means of improving the functioning of the female reproductive organs:

  • Preparation period for artificial insemination (ECM) and insemination (in order to stimulate ovulation and increase the quality of oocytes)

  • Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)

  • Ovarian exhaustion syndrome (UTS - premature exhaustion of function)

  • Menstrual cycle disorder, anovulation (including ovulation disorder that occurs during long-term use of contraceptives)

  • Oligo- and amenorrhea (including insulin resistance, prediabetes and type II diabetes)

  • Hyperandrogenism syndrome (hirsutism, acne, seborrhea, obesity)

  • Decreased sexual activity and fertility

  • Hormonal changes due to menopause (climax).


Contraindications: individual hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.


Method of use and dosage

1 tablet is taken 2 times a day after meals with plenty of liquid. To get the effect in a short time, 2 tablets can be taken 2 times a day. The order of admission and the duration of treatment can be adjusted by the doctor.
